Damages Caused by Candida and Yeast Infection

How can it be that one innocent fungus can cause such a variety of symptoms?
The answer is – it can’t.

The Candida produces over 100 types of toxins and they are the ones that actually cause all these symptoms. Each and every group of toxins can impact a different system or organ in the body like: liver, kidneys, nervous system, respiratory system, the hormonal system, reproductive system, the skin etc.

The toxins can cause minor symptoms and also severe infectious diseases. That is why we will see such a variety of symptoms in a variety of people. Lately studies are being conducted about those toxins, and the results are surprising. In nature yeast are processing sugars and producing different gases and toxins like this same CO2 gas. Now it’s becoming a little more clear how such a supposedly innocent fungus can cause such a sever damage.

The CO2 it produces causes the famous bloated stomach and goes in the blood stream. The increase of CO2 in the blood causes some of those symptoms we mentioned before. During every fermentation process different gases are being released among them CO2.

As the level of the infection from the fungus is higher, so as the level of the CO2 in the blood stream is higher. It’s important to mention that this process can only take place when there is sugar and yeast together.

What’s happening during the making of the Yeast pastry?
You take flour and add a little yeast. What happens? Nothing. The flour doesn’t swell because there are no conditions for it to do so, but is we’ll add a little sugar and a little warm water – the party has began.

With the help of the sugar and the water at the right temperature, the yeast ferment = produces CO2 and the dough starts swelling. It doesn’t take a genius to understand that this is exactly what happens in the intestine when there is a growth of yeast fungi there.

Eating sugar starts immediately the fermenting process, production of CO2, alcohol and other toxins – the result bloated stomach.

Fibromyalgia and Candida

There are more toxins except CO2 which the fungus can produce. We know for example that in the winemaking process, the reaction between the sugar and yeast creates an acid called Tartaric acid.

This acid is floating on the surface of the wine like white foam and due to the foam’s high toxicity, wine producers make sure to take it out. Tartaric acid can hurt the digestive system’s mucosity and cause inflammations, and an increase of the acidity level of the urine by that burns and infections can appear not caused by bacteria.

Dr. William Sho M.D, from ‘great plains’ lab in the U.S, discovered that the tartaric acid in fibromyalgia patient’s urine is 50 times higher than normal. Tartaric acid is toxic to the muscles. When experimenting on animals it was found, tartaric acid is causes damage to muscles.

The main and natural source of tartaric acid is yeast, and the process in the body is similar to the process of winemaking. Of course that the human body doesn’t produce tartaric acid, but if the yeast fungus in the intestine will feed on sugar, it will produce tartaric acid.

Here we can see that there is a direct connection between complaints of muscle pain to Candida. You should know that any production of alcohol is done via processing sugar and yeast. Alcohol is toxic by itself and that is why it too causes a lot of diseases.

Acetaldehyde too (similar to Formaldehyde) can cause liver dysfunction and a decrease of vitamins and minerals in the body. The direct result – fatigue, exhaustion, weakness, headaches, dizziness etc.

The alcohol the fungus produces causes a phenomenon that’s called drink-less-drunk. The phenomenon is increasing levels of alcohol in the blood which gives that “morning after” sensation in the morning. A heavy head and bleariness really are similar to an after night of drinking alcohol condition, and this causes lack of concentration.

Gliotoxins are known for decreasing the macrophages function against fungi. This means that those toxins are suppressing the immune system. This is the reason why it is really hard to find a fungal infection with a blood test.

Now it’s clear why, when treating for a fungal infection you need to also concentrate on removing the toxins from the liver, intestine, lymph and blood. It’s pretty obvious that in a situation as this one pill of an antifungal medicine a day for two weeks will not be the answer.
